Account Manager - Rola Systems

Are you keen to spend more time building great relationships and less time stuck on the motorway? How does an Account Management role, close to home, within a well-established and growing business sound? 

In this rewarding role you will enjoy working alongside our loyal customers and be someone who will have the ability to ask the right questions to establish needs, gain trust and maximise the opportunities for growth. Calling predominantly on our reseller network throughout Auckland, you will need to have fantastic communication skills and a focus on building strong, effective relationships. 

Rola Systems has been manufacturing commercial furniture for over 20 years and has a variety of production activities such as upholstery, joinery, metal fabrication and assembly. At Rola we take pride in being New Zealand made and have a strong focus on quality and delivering on time.  With a commitment to ongoing training and development, it is no wonder we have high retention of staff and a great team environment.

 To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous Account Management experience and proven sales ability

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills 

  • The ability to build strong, effective relationships with clients and the team

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • The ability to provide technical product support and advice to customers

  • Good spacial ability, and able to do an accurate ‘measure and quote’

  • Attention to detail and enjoy having a technical aspect to your role

  • A clean driver’s licence and be able to pass a police check and a pre-employment drug test

  • A great attitude, sense of humour and plenty of drive 

  • Knowledge of the industry would be great, or someone with a flair for design of commercial interiors and a willingness to learn
