In this role, you will be an integral member of the team, playing an essential part in Skipper Lay’s continuing success. By providing support, guidance and expertise, you will ensure that our staff and clients are maximising the benefits of their accounting software.

You will oversee the day to day management of accounting software, such as…
Providing system support to the team
Develop onboarding and training for new Xero clients
Provide training to clients as required
Implement new accounting software systems
Monitor and maintain accounting systems, keeping up to date with new developments
Create, review and update procedures and manuals
To be successful you will…
Be extremely proficient with Xero, MYOB and Banklink
Have solid experience in a similar role
Enjoy being the ‘go-to’ person, and love sharing your knowledge
Be IT savvy with sound knowledge of a wide range of accounting software
Be highly organised and have excellent time management skills
Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
Be positive, personable and a real team player
You will have your finger on the pulse of accounting software updates and trends as well as have a good general knowledge of Business, Taxation and Payroll.
