Accounts, Payroll and Administration Superstar - Training Provided!

Located in Onehunga, our dynamic client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated person looking to advance their career. 

This position has plenty of variety in Accounts, Payroll, Administration and Social Media, and our client offers a fun, friendly and rewarding environment. 

You may already have some administration or basic accounts experience up your sleeve, however on the job training will be provided to the successful candidate, who we envision to be a motivated, tech savvy person with a willingness to learn and grow within the business.  

An added bonus would be to have any of the below skills or experience; however, this is not essential to be successful in this role: 

  • Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word and Outlook 

  • Invoicing – MYOB

  • Payroll – MYOB EXO 

  • General administrative functions – ensuring the overall smooth running of our office 

  • Exceptional communicator (handling frequent interaction and distractions from clients and staff is a real must!)
