Accounts, Payroll and Administration Superstar!
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts, Payroll and Administration to join their team!
Based in Onehunga, our client is looking for a people person with a great sense of humour to join them in their journey of providing excellent and efficient service! This is a great opportunity to join a business that offers a rewarding, friendly and energetic working environment.
This role offers plenty of variety, including input into the Social Media platforms, so being tech savvy and creative is key! On the job training will be provided for the right person, however ideally, you will have basic Accounts or Payroll experience, as well as:
Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word and Outlook
Invoicing – MYOB advantageous
Payroll – MYOB EXO advantageous
General administrative functions – ensuring the overall smooth running of our office
Provide cover for reception and being an exceptional communicator (handling frequent interaction and distractions from clients and staff is a real must!)
Managing a wide range of tasks – you will definitely be kept on your toes!
