Dynamic Sales Co-ordinator 


We are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual to join our close knit team, is this you? This is a dynamic new role for our business, ensuring our customer experience is first class, while assisting our business in an active growing market. 

Based in Manukau, this is a busy yet rewarding role managing customer enquiries, receiving orders and supporting the sales team in growing new and existing accounts. You will be keeping track of orders and bookings, co-ordinating things internally, while making sure that customers are kept well informed through the process. You will also maintain product information via marketing channels such as the website and newsletters, so you will need to be super organised and deadline focused!

To be successful you will…

  • Have previous customer service or sales experience ideally in a similar industry

  • Be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships 

  • Have great customer service skills, willing to go the extra mile

  • Be excellent at multitasking, able to keep on top of numerous jobs

  • Have a positive attitude and solution focused

  • Have efficient organisational and time management skills

  • Be IT savvy, able to pick up new systems with ease

  • Have a creative flair and a great sense of humour!

  • Experience with Workflow Max would be a big bonus

Hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm.
