Accounts Administrator - Penrose

Due to exciting growth, they are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Penrose now!

About the role:
You will be responsible for accurate financial record keeping, timely invoicing, and efficient reconciliation processes, along with the following:
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Accurately processing and reconciling monthly accounts in XERO
Month end accounts, completing GST and PAYE filing
Data entry of daily sales and sales invoices
File and process payments to the IRD for taxes
Work closely with the Accountant and Director, and provide admin support where needed
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Have knowledge or experience in a trades based environment
Have practical experience using Xero, Microsoft Word/Excel
Have strong numerical and analytical skills
Have knowledge of compliance requirements
Be adaptable and willing to learn new processes and software
Be a team player
