About the role:

Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you will be playing a vital part in driving GoodnessMe's success, working with our Co-Founder and Marketing Team to execute brand campaigns and develop and implement promotional activities. Additionally, you will foster relationships with our existing Key Accounts and cultivate new ones across Grocery, Convenience, and other channels.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers through in-person interactions, calls and emails.

  • Foster enduring and loyal working relationships with employees, clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring their sustainability over time.

  • Conduct Key Account category reviews in line with set review periods.

  • Develop a sales strategy that ensures you introduce new ongoing lines for each Key Account.

  • Gain insights for category development and key trends to drive growth areas for the Key Accounts.

  • Understand customer strategies and KPIs to optimise our approach to each Key Account customer.

  • Organise, set up and manage events to engage with partners/sponsorships.

  • Conduct a strategic analysis and summary of monthly reporting to shift key metrics.

  • Working closely with independent Wholesalers, Metcash and Aust. Grocery Wholesalers to deliver objectives through independent retailers.

Our ideal Key Account Manager:

  • At least 5 years' experience within Product/Brand Marketing working with Key Accounts (FMCG preferred but not essential).

  • Self-motivated and able to work with initiative.

  • A caring and positive attitude/mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to achieving key business and brand objectives.

  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness, including full budget management.

  • Strong analytical skills (IRI/Nielsen preferred but not essential).

  • A good understanding of advertising agencies and the ability to plan, measure and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Strong decision-making ability, both in tactical and strategic situations.
