Office Administrator/Customer Service – Wellington
How does a long weekend every week sound?
Dave Brown Electrical have a great opportunity for you to work a four day week within flexible school hours! You will need to be super switched-on to keep things running smoothly and able to get a week’s worth of work completed in four days!
This part-time role has plenty of variety, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with accounts, administration, data entry and payroll. You must be organised and able to juggle a wide range of tasks with ease while still maintaining a good sense of humour!
Ideally, you will have experience with the following:
- Xero accounts experience; accounts receivable/payable
- GST/PAYE experience
- MYOB Payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy is a must!
- General day to day small office duties; i.e. mail, banking, ordering supplies etc.
Experience in a trade/electrical industry would be an advantage.
