Operations Job Co-ordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team at Beejays Solution Flooring and Interiors.
We are a growing, family-owned Flooring and Interiors business, with branches in Auckland, Tauranga and Taupo. As our Operations Job Co-ordinator, you will join our team in Henderson where you can showcase your skills and operations experience in a small yet dedicated team environment.
This is a small, hardworking team where you will be kept on your toes. You will thrive off being kept busy, as well as being super organised to ensure your tasks are completed and up to date.
You may have experience in the Interiors/Flooring industry or experience in a similar Operations role, either way we want to hear from you if you have the following attributes:
A fantastic work ethic and customer focus
Great time management and extremely organised
High attention to detail
Awesome communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors and clients
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook to at least an intermediate level
A collaborative approach with the ability to take ownership
Strong ability to follow processes and are IT savvy
Adaptable and Flexible approach to work
Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency when under pressure
A great sense of humour (last but not least!)
Previous experience in the Flooring Industry and/or Job Scheduling would be preferred.
