Part-Time HR Advisor

Are you the experienced HR Advisor we have been looking for? 

We are on the search for a part-time HR Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team at People Passion now. Based in Papakura, we offer tailored, on call HR and Recruitment solutions to our clients, over a wide range of industries all over New Zealand. We predominately work with Trade based industries, so our days are never dull! You will need to have high energy, a good sense of humour and be extremely adaptable in order to provide the right solution to the right client, in this ever-changing HR world.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that you can make your own. There are no fixed days or hours, but we would like you in the office 3 days per week! We are flexible and know it’s essential to have balanced lives, so we will work around you. When you join People Passion, you also join in on the fun by getting involved in a variety of team events and fundraisers from time to time.

To be successful, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Admin or Advisor position

  • Experience within a SME environment would be an advantage

  • Availability to travel to visit clients as and when required

  • To be a quick thinker and solution provider – offering ‘practical advice’

  • Be kind, considerate and empathic in your approach to difficult situations

  • Provide a high level of service and are results driven
