Values workshop: Discover how aligning personal and organisational values can create a more purpose-driven, cohesive, and fulfilling work environment. We will work through your team’s personal values, and find alignment to start developing your business values and some actionable behaviours that show these values day to day.  

HR 101: What to do and how to lead team members when performance concerns arise. Themes covered include Performance Management, Wellness conversation, trial periods/probationary periods, garden leave, suspension, and conflict amongst the team.

Employing: Getting it Right - Framework, tips, tricks, what is the must documentation, interview coaching, what to look for when recruiting, how to become an attractive employer.

Communication 101: To become an engaged, courageous and effective communicator, active listening, be aware of body language, the importance of questioning, feedback loops, positive framing of language and communication barriers.

Culture Game: Utilising ‘riders & elephants’ Emotional Culture Deck with the team, can assist with discovering values and embedding the team. 

Quarterly Reviews / Feedback Sessions: What to ask, how to give constructive feedback and follow through with results, actively listen, asking the ‘right questions.
