Lara Hellier, a New Plymouth local, started People Passion with one mission: make HR easier and less complicated for small and medium businesses, and improve communication and workplace culture along the way.
From the cow shed to Queen Street
Lara’s experience runs from farms to corporate offices, and her calm, practical approach became the way we do HR.
