We're looking for a sharp, creative and commercially-savvy Assistant Brand Manager to join a fast-paced, well-established business in the FMCG and beauty space. Reporting to the Beauty Senior Brand Manager, this role will see you bring brands to life across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to help shape and deliver compelling brand campaigns, optimise digital marketing performance, and support sales activation plans that turn strategy into action on-shelf and online.

About the role:

In this dynamic and varied role, you'll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Digital eCommerce Manager to bring brand strategies to life across the New Zealand and Australian markets. From planning and execution through to market insights and campaign analysis, you'll have a hand in it all.

You'll help manage a portfolio of existing and new beauty brands supporting everything from marketing communications and digital campaigns to in-store activations, competitor reviews, and post-campaign reporting. You'll thrive juggling multiple priorities, using your creativity and commercial mindset to make an impact across packaging, sales, advertising, and PR.

No two days will be the same, and that's just how you like it.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or brand support role (Marketing Coordinator or ABM level)

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communications preferred

  • Strong communication skills – you're confident presenting and working with stakeholders

  • Digitally fluent, you know your way around social, eCommerce and paid media

  • Naturally curious, solutions-focused, and organised, you thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to shift gears as priorities change throughout the day

  • An honest, open communicator who's comfortable receiving and applying feedback

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, an eye for detail is a must!
