About the Role
We have a great opportunity at our Lower Hutt branch for an enthusiastic and reliable Inwards Goods team member. You'll be responsible for receipting goods in and out of the warehouse and helping ensure the branch runs smoothly. This hands-on role offers plenty of variety. You'll assist with unloading deliveries, processing paperwork from suppliers, shelving stock, picking customer orders, and loading the delivery truck with the occasional customer delivery. There are excellent opportunities for advancement with the team at Chesters.
What we're looking for
A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Great communication and a team-first attitude
Physical fitness and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
A positive, can-do mindset and eagerness to learn
Previous warehouse or inwards goods experience (highly advantageous)
Full class 1 license, with the ability to drive a manual vehicle (highly advantageous)
