Our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Nicabate, Breathe Right and Dimetapp, and with continued growth and new brands joining the business, we’re looking for a National Account Executive - Community Pharmacy to join our team.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll become a key day-to-day contact for MBA Brands across your customer portfolio, working closely with the National Sales Manager - Pharmacy to deliver strong customer relationships, commercial outcomes and execution.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day relationship with Community Pharmacy customers and banner groups
Supporting the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans
Contributing to sales, distribution, ranging and profitability across your accounts
Supporting range reviews, customer proposals and negotiations
Assisting with trading terms, promotional programmes and new product listings
Helping develop and manage promotional plans and trade investment
Supporting new product launches from proposal through to in-store execution
Using data and insights to identify opportunities and build compelling customer stories
Tracking account performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and supporting forecasting
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and field teams to deliver strong execution
Representing MBA Brands at customer meetings, trade shows, conferences and buying events
Regular intra and interstate travel will be part of the role.
What we’re looking for
You may already be working as a National Account Assistant, National Account Executive or experienced FMCG sales professional looking to step into greater customer-facing responsibility.
You’ll ideally bring:
FMCG experience, ideally within Pharmacy, consumer health or a related channel
Customer-facing experience and strong relationship-building skills
Commercial acumen and confidence supporting customer negotiations
Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, collaborative and self-sufficient approach
Experience with IQVIA, Circana, Unify or Quantium would be an advantage.
