About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Managing Director to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Using your creativity and organisational skills, you will develop materials, manage digital channels, and support events and promotions across a range of platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across print and digital channels

  • Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, POS, trade displays, and presentations

  • Design and produce graphics using Adobe InDesign

  • Manage content and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

  • Support promotions via Archipro, Eboss, Master Plumbers and other platforms

  • Maintain and promote Masterspec and CPD/continuing education programs with NZIA and architects

  • Manage brand assets, logos, and guidelines

  • Liaise with external agencies on community and engagement campaigns

  • Assist with showroom displays and events

  • Present marketing plans and outcomes to international suppliers

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in marketing coordination, design, or communications

  • Proactive and adaptable team player

  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills

  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (and ideally other Creative Suite tools)

  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills

  • Confidence providing design and brand feedback

  • Articulate in both written and verbal communication, you will have the ability to demonstrate exceptional skill in project management
