Part Time Admin & Accounts - East Tamaki
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Admin and Accounts superstar to join a friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while contributing to a thriving business in the Metal Fabrication Industry.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a fun and busy team with a mix of accounts, reception, and admin duties. You'll enjoy variety in your day-to-day tasks, a supportive work environment, and the chance to play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. Day to day you will:
Process payroll accurately and on time when required
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Provide general administrative support to the team, including sales support.
Perform reception duties including answering phones, handling enquiries, and warmly welcoming visitors
Jump into marketing and social media
This is a part time role 9am – 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Proven experience in accounts and payroll functions
Confidence using Xero and/or MYOB
Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Previous experience in admin, reception, social media and/or sales support
