Procurement and Shipping Co-ordinator - Three Kings, Auckland

We are looking for an organised and proactive Procurement and Shipping Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the link between suppliers, operations, and sales to ensure our products are purchased, stocked, and delivered efficiently.

What you will be doing:

Planning and managing purchasing to maintain stock levels in line with sales demand.

  • Raising purchase orders for both imported and local products as directed by the Managing Director or Finance Manager.

  • Overseeing restock orders for our Christchurch and Melbourne branches.

  • Liaising with suppliers on quality, pricing, freight, ETA's, and delivery delays.

  • Creating and managing product codes in line with company policies.

  • Loading Bills of Materials to ensure stock is adjusted accurately when invoiced.

  • Maintaining and improving stock control systems and processes – costs, quantities, and timeliness.

  • Working closely with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication on all stock matters.

  • Supporting management with analysis of stock issues and opportunities.

  • Coordinating product samples for the sales and product development teams.

  • Assisting with general administration and support tasks as required (phones, warehouse, technical support, website updates, etc).

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in shipping, purchasing, inventory, or stock control.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Detail-oriented with good systems knowledge (experience with ERP, Propella Systems, Hubspot or stock control software is an advantage).

  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes.
