With offices in Penrose, Rosedale, and Wiri, we've built a strong reputation for excellence - and we're now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Projects Administrator to join our busy Projects Team.

 You will be responsible for: Projects Administration

The role:

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, supporting Project Managers, Supervisors and the wider Projects Team. Playing a key role in the smooth delivery of projects through strong, reliable administration. Your work will be varied and include the following:

 

Key responsibilities:

Timesheets & Scheduling

  • Process timesheets and maintain accurate labour and resource records

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain project and job data in simPRO

  • Producing reports as required

Supplier Invoice Management

  • Supporting the accounts team in processing and reconciling supplier invoices in Lentune

  • Liaise with suppliers and resolve invoice queries.

Project Support

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Project Team.

  • Assist with meeting deadlines and project requirements

Project Documentation

  • Prepare and manage project documentation,

  • Supporting the Projects Team with compliance paperwork.

 What we are looking for:

  • A strong, proactive and reliable administrator, ideally in a service or trade environment

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, registers, reporting, accuracy)

  • Strong Microsoft Word skills (document formatting, consistency, presentation)

  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • A project‑focused mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • A collaborative, team‑first approach

  • Experience with simPRO or Lentune is an advantage (but not essential)

  • A team focused attitude aligned with Dalton Electrical's values
