You will be responsible for: Service Coordinator
The role:
Reporting to the Service Leaders, this role provides administrative and coordination support across service operations. You will be the central point of contact for customers, technicians and internal stakeholders, ensuring jobs are scheduled, communicated and completed to a high standard.
This is a hands on, fast paced role suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem solving and being part of a high performing team.
Key responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates and resolve service related queries
Build strong relationships with customers to promote Dalton Electrical and maintain trust
Schedule and dispatch service technicians, electricians and apprentices
Ensure jobs are accurately logged, managed and completed in simPRO
Maintain work in progress, job notes, compliance records and service documentation
Prepare work orders, service reports and assist with invoicing and job costing
Coordinate materials, monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers
Support onboarding, training bookings and staff inductions
Assist with WHS documentation and health and safety processes
Maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory purposes
Prepare spreadsheets, reports and client documentation using Microsoft tools
Support Service Leaders and supervisors to achieve operational and strategic goals
Keep health and safety front of mind at all times
Use company systems effectively to manage health and safety requirements
Participate in incident investigations as required
Promote a culture of safety, open communication and accountability
What we are looking for:
Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally in a service or trade environment
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A proactive, solution focused approach
Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Strong communication skills and a professional customer focused manner
Confidence working in simPRO and Microsoft Office, or willingness to learn quickly
A team focused attitude aligned with Dalton Electrical's values
