The Position

This is a hands on technical role that sits between engineering, manufacturing, systems, and customer support. You will spend time:

  • Learning cable manufacturing processes and how products are designed

  • Working with technical systems and engineering data and exposure to coding, programming, and technical systems environments

  • Supporting specifications, technical documentation, and product information

  • Assisting with technical enquiries and customer support

  • Working closely with manufacturing, sales, and technical teams

  • Contributing to process improvement and problem solving

Over time, you will become a trusted technical specialist within a highly specialised industry, with full training, mentoring, and support provided along the way.

  • Experience in a similar Technical Engineering role

  • Electrical Engineering

  • A senior Electrician looking to move into a role that is less solely hands on and more technically focused

  • Manufacturing, utilities, process, or industrial environments

  • Strong manufacturing or electrical aptitude
