Growing up in New Plymouth, Lucy has a strong passion for HR, ER and all things people.
After completing her degree at Victoria University, Lucy began her career in a graduate role before heading across the ditch for an incredible opportunity within an international organisation, gaining incredible experience in performance management, disciplinaries and union discussions.
Following her stint in Australia, Lucy returned to NZ and headed down to Dunedin for her next role before heading home to New Plymouth where she was fortunate enough to support a leading NZ company within the HR space.
Lucy has since welcomed her beautiful son Leo and gorgeous daughter Daisy into the world, all while keeping her finger on the pulse in the HR space, working for a large international business and HR contracting between the chaos of little ones!
In her spare time, Lucy adores spending time with my family, kids and their doggo Archie! She fits in perfectly with our team, being another lover of running, hiking, sports and just going on adventures.
