Paige Croft
People Partner
Paige heads our People Passion, Central North Island team and is our expert Employment Relations and Legal Consultant. Based in New Plymouth, Paige supports clients both locally and nationwide with various HR, ER, People + Culture and Legal related matters.
Paige completed her LLB at the University of Otago, before being admitted to the NZ High Court as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2016. Paige brings with her a wealth of employment law and litigation knowledge and experience, working as a Lawyer. During her ‘Lawyer days’ Paige was in and out of court, mediations, and settlement conferences, assisting with various legal matters, including advising employers and employees on employment law matters.
Paige decided to move away from what she calls the traditional law firm model, with the belief that she could provide more support and value to employers through People Passion.
Paige is extremely passionate about providing pragmatic, and jargon free advice to clients, that is affordable and accessible. Paige knows the law and loves sharing her legal know-how to support businesses with their most important asset – their people.
In her spare time, you can find Paige walking the beautiful Taranaki walkways, often with her staffy dog Beau in tow. You can also spot her out and about supporting the local cafes, by drinking her fair share in long blacks.
Paige is currently studying towards an NZ Certificate in Tikanga (Mātauranga Māori) Level 3, with a wish to grow her knowledge, particularly when working with Māori and cultural organisations.
