Cait Howard
People Co-ordinator
Cait has recently joined the People Passion team as a People Coordinator. She has completed a Bachelor of Arts through Massey University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, giving her a strong foundation in understanding people and the workplace. After working in her family business after university she is excited to be begin her career in HR.
Cait enjoys connecting with people, building strong relationships, and bringing an organised and positive approach to her work. She is always keen to learn and take on new challenges and is eager to continue expanding her HR knowledge, building her skills and experience, and developing her career with People Passion.
When she’s not at the gym, you’ll usually find Cait meal prepping for the week or spending quality time with her friends and family. She enjoys keeping active and loves the routine and balance that comes with looking after herself. Outside of work, Cait values making time for the people closest to her, whether that’s catching up with friends, enjoying time with family, or simply making the most of her downtime.
