Are you a Recruitment Agency?

We work differently to a recruitment agency; we support business owners and managers with their recruitment process, rather than actively look for jobs for candidates. However, if you apply for a role listed on Our Jobs and you were unsuccessful, we will keep you on our database and inform you of other roles that become available that may be suited to your skills and experience.

 We work with business owners all over the country, in a variety of industries. Check out Our Jobs page for current listings, which we update regularly. Also follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn, to be the first to know about our newest vacancies.

How do I apply for a job?

Simply follow the directions listed in the advert you are wishing to apply for. This will usually be by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ link and answering a few questions. It is a simple process and can be completed on any smart device. Once you have applied for a role with us, your information is saved, making the process easier each time. If you don’t see any current vacancies that suit your experience, then please sign up to our database by filling out our online form and uploading your CV. We will notify you of any vacancies that match your skills and experience.
 

I’ve applied for a job through your website. When can I expect to hear back?

The timelines for our clients will vary, depending on their business needs. We will always endeavour to get you a response as soon as possible and keep you in the loop throughout the process. We will send you notification emails on the status of your application,  whether successful or not. If you have received no email from us at all, please check your junk folder.

I have sent a copy of my CV and I can see vacancies on your website that I think I am suitable for. Why have you not contacted me?

This could be for a number of reasons. When we recruit for our clients, they often have very specific industry or experience requirements. Also depending on the role, we often have a significant number and high calibre of applicants. We will try our best to notify you when a role suits, however if you feel you are suitable and we have missed contacting you, then please give us a call and we will happily discuss with you. Also make sure you are keeping an eye on our website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages to ensure you are not missing our latest listings!
 

Do you help with CVs?

Yes we do, however we recommend you check out our free downloadable CV templates first as this might save you money! If you want further assistance, then please give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with costs and a timeframe.
