Greer McEldowney
Finance/Operations Co-ordinator
Based in New Plymouth, Greer brings over 15 years of experience as a primary school teacher, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people, stay organised, and create environments where others can do their best work. Alongside this, she has played a key role in running the books and day-to-day operations of her family’s building business, building solid experience across finance and administration.
Now based in our Taranaki hub, Greer has stepped into a Finance Operations Coordinator role, where she works closely with numbers and systems. She brings a strong eye for detail, a practical mindset, and a steady, reliable approach to keeping things running smoothly.
Outside of work, Greer is all about family. She lives on a lifestyle block with her husband and four children and makes the most of the outdoors, whether that’s time at the beach or simply being together at home.
