About the role

In this role, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their IT environment supports their business goals.

You'll take the lead on understanding each client's landscape, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes. Working closely with Senior Engineers, you'll help scope solutions, guide decision-making, and ensure delivery aligns with expectations.

You'll also facilitate Monthly Account Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual IT Strategy sessions, helping clients plan ahead and make confident technology decisions.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where technical confidence, commercial thinking, and strong communication are key.

What you'll be doing

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients

  • Understand each client's IT landscape and translate needs into practical, high-value solutions

  • Lead pre-sales scoping and collaborate closely with Senior Engineers

  • Support onboarding, issue escalation, and continuous improvement

  • Facilitate Monthly Account Meetings, QBRs, and Annual Strategy Reviews

  • Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and service expansion

  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and reporting

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience in IT Account Management and/or Engineering/Technical with Sales or Pre-sales exposure

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services

  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Solid Microsoft licensing knowledge and comfort with vendor pricing models

  • Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills
