As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will lead the Customer Solutions team while building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to influence customer outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in shaping the future of customer service at Nexans.

The Position
This is a varied leadership role where you will coach and develop the customer solutions team while working collaboratively across the business to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and developing the Customer Solutions team to deliver exceptional customer service
Building strong relationships with Nexans' Platinum customers and key business partners
Working collaboratively across the Sales, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Operations teams to ensure customer commitments are consistently delivered
Driving process improvements, increasing system utilisation, and improving workflow efficiencies
Providing visibility of customer priorities, order status, and business risks
Supporting the ongoing development of CRM and reporting processes that improve both customer and business outcomes
Taking ownership of customer service levels and ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved
Managing the order book to ensure customer commitments, priorities and delivery expectations are effectively coordinated
Supporting demand forecasting and planning activities by working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations

Our Ideal Customer Relationship Manager
You will likely come from a customer service leadership, customer relationship management, account management, supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership background within manufacturing, distribution or a similar environment.
You will also have:
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
A passion for building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions
Experience driving process improvements and implementing practical solutions
Confidence working with ERP, CRM, and other business systems
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities
Experience managing service level agreements, customer order management, or forecasting processes
An understanding of supply chain planning and customer fulfilment would be highly regarded
