We are on the lookout for an Emerging HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team. This could suit someone early in their HR or recruitment career, a recent graduate, or someone with a year or two of administration, coordination, recruitment, or HR experience under their belt.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone curious, organised, people smart, and keen to learn.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely alongside our HR Partners and Recruitment team, getting exposure to the full people lifecycle across a huge range of industries and businesses.

You'll support with things like:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes and candidate communication

  • Screening candidates and helping connect great people with the right opportunities

  • Drafting employment agreements, letters, and HR documentation

  • Supporting onboarding and client projects

  • Assisting with workshops, leadership sessions, and culture initiatives

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates

  • Learning the ins and outs of real-world HR, recruitment, employment relations, and client advisory

Who are we looking for?

You do not need to know everything on day one.

We are more interested in attitude, initiative, and potential than a perfect CV.

You might have:

  • A qualification in HR, business, communications, or similar

  • Some experience in administration, customer service, recruitment, or HR

  • Strong communication and organisation skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Confidence building relationships with different types of people

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

  • A willingness to learn and give things a go
