As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician / Foreman to join their Christchurch team.

What you'll be doing
This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll be trusted to lead projects from the ground up while remaining hands-on with the team.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading industrial electrical projects on site
Planning work so projects run efficiently from day one
Supervising electricians and mentoring apprentices
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and P&IDs
Troubleshooting industrial electrical systems
Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
Maintaining high safety and quality standards
Working away or overtime when projects require it
About you
You're someone people naturally look to for direction. You enjoy solving problems, staying organised and getting the job done properly.
You'll bring:
Current EWRB practising licence
Strong industrial electrical experience
Previous Foreman or site leadership experience
The ability to confidently lead a crew while remaining hands-on
Experience mentoring apprentices
Strong planning and organisational skills
The ability to read electrical schematics, drawings and P&IDs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and pride in your work
PLC and VSD experience (advantageous but not essential)
