Operations Job Co-ordinator 

The Company

Beejays Solution Flooring and Interiors are a family-owned Flooring and Interiors business. With their Head Office based in Auckland and branches around the country, they have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team in Wellington as their Operations Job Co-ordinator.

The Role

As the Operations Job Co-ordinator you may have experience in the Interiors/Flooring industry or experience in a similar Operations role, or you may be a recent school leaver and are looking to get a foot in the door in an interesting and diverse office-based role.

You’ll be working with the Operations team to manage current and future jobs as well as working on documentation.

Key Responsibilities

·        Booking and running jobs along the Sales Manager and Project manager

·        Checking & preparing Health & Safety Documents

·        Allocating and booking jobs for installers.

·        Liaising with client, suppliers and staff at all levels of the business

·        Ordering product

The Good Bits

No experience is required as full training will be given to the right candidate, there is potential for you to progress in this role, but you must possess a good attitude and willingness to learn - these attributes are non-negotiable!

About you

You will have:

·        A fantastic work ethic and customer focus

·        Great time management and be extremely organised to ensure tasks are up to date

·        High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency when under pressure

·        Good problem solving skills

·        Strong ability to follow processes and are IT savvy

·        Awesome communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors and clients

·        Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook to at least an intermediate level

·        A collaborative approach with the ability to take ownership

·        An adaptable and flexible approach to work

·        A great sense of humour (last, but not least!)
