We are on the lookout for a Technical Sales Representative who is as passionate as we are about innovative irrigation, top-tier service, and growing trusted client relationships. If you are a solutions-focused operator with a technical brain and a commercial mindset, this role is the perfect fit.
As the face of our trusted irrigation brand, you will support golf courses and commercial clients across New Zealand. From quoting and problem-solving to hands-on installs and expert advice, this is a dynamic, field-based role where you will build strong relationships and play a key part in driving business growth.
What you'll be doing:
Building on trusted client relationships and bringing new ones on board
Providing technical expertise, advice, and training to customers and the team
Promoting our range of products and converting opportunities into sales
Delivering tailored product solutions and support across your region
Collaborating with the Business Manager to drive strategy and business growth
Travelling to client sites nationwide to support delivery and performance
Attending Fieldays and conferences, and keeping up to date with industry products, services, and trends
Assisting with installation and servicing irrigation and non-irrigation equipment
What we're looking for:
Turf management or irrigation knowledge and experience (essential)
3+ years' experience in a technical or sales environment
Someone hands-on, confident with tools and able to install or fault-find on-site
A proactive, positive communicator who can manage their time well
A problem-solver who gets energy from delivering quality solutions
Comfortable picking up the phone or making face-to-face introductions, confident building new customer relationships and generating opportunities
Full NZ driver's licence and willingness to travel
