About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage the end-to-end import and export process for assigned flight sectors. You will take ownership of bookings, documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and key partners, ensuring every shipment runs smoothly and to the highest standard. Your work will directly support the safe and successful movement of premium horses across the world.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full export coordination process from booking to post-flight completion.

  • Liaise with clients, airlines, and government agencies to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Oversee transport logistics, load planning, and documentation for international shipments.

  • Maintain accuracy in systems, invoicing, and recordkeeping.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational excellence.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in logistics, exports, or transport coordination (aviation or equine livestock experience an advantage).

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Advanced Excel and analytical capability to support accuracy in critical documentation.

  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
