About the role:

We are looking for a new office junior to join our team. This is an important role within our office team and is vital in ensuring that our production team operates smoothly. This is a full-time, entry-level role and will include a range of tasks such as cleaning, answering phones, and general office support. The successful candidate will be starting at the ground level and growing with us, we envision this position to be a stepping stone for someone looking to build a future in the timber industry, so our ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a career in our industry.

You will be responsible for:

• First point of contact, answering the phone, so English is essential as is a fabulous phone manner

• Great computer skills, Microsoft/excel/word

• Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal

• Awesome organisational skills – ordering, receipting, invoicing etc

• Restricted drivers licence minimum

• Excellent people skills – able to build relationships

• The ability to work collaboratively within the team.

• Most importantly you must have a great attitude and love what you do!
