Client Services Administrator - Franklin

About Campbell Tyson

Campbell Tyson has been part of the Franklin community for over 100 years, but we're not here to do things the way they've always been done.

We work alongside regional businesses, families, and individuals to help them grow, protect what they've built, and plan for what's next. That means strong relationships, practical advice, and a team that genuinely cares about doing a great job, for our clients and for each other.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an administrative role within our accounting practice, supporting our Accountants, Managers, and Directors to keep work moving and deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

You'll play a key role in supporting workflow, managing documentation, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role sits at the centre of the team, helping to maintain structure, clarity, and consistency across our processes.

You'll be stepping into an established role with clear processes and strong support, while taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities.

This role will suit someone who is organised, reliable, and takes pride in delivering accurate work, while contributing positively to the team and the clients we work alongside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collating client documentation

  • Coordinating e-signing and supporting job completion

  • Managing workflow and tracking jobs through FYI/XPM

  • Drafting invoices and supporting WIP management

  • Communicating with clients and following up on outstanding information

  • Maintaining accurate client data and systems

  • Coordinating meetings and supporting team schedules

  • Providing day-to-day support to Managers and Directors

You are someone who:

  • Is highly organised and manages time effectively in a busy environment

  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Communicates confidently, both written and verbal

  • Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion

  • Is proactive and solutions-focused when issues arise

  • Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others

  • Is willing to learn, ask questions, and continue developing your skills

Experience

  • 2 Years previous administration experience (professional services preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Experience with XPM, FYI or Xero (advantageous but not essential)

Why Join Us?

At Campbell Tyson, we believe the strength of our business comes from the contribution of our people.

We're a team that supports one another, takes pride in our work, and values doing things properly - for our clients and our community.

In return, you'll get:

  • A supportive, high-performing team environment

  • Exposure to a professional services and advisory setting

  • Ongoing training and development

  • Two additional leave days (Christmas Eve & Easter Tuesday)

  • This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful contribution over the 12-month period. While the position is fixed-term, there may be longer-term opportunities for the right person, depending on team needs at the time.
