Project Administrator - Tauranga

Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for supporting projects and programs that make a real impact? We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our Tauranga team and play a key role in the administration and coordination of organisational programs, special projects, and support services.

You will need to have a great work ethic and enough experience to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and undertake administration of contracts, programs, and projects.
• Manage communication from Contractors, Clients, Installers, Project Managers and Sales Managers.
• Liaise with suppliers for ordering materials.
• Review variations to contracts and services.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to projects and services.
• Manage documentation, scheduling and reporting associated with project activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales project goals are met.
• Monitor contractor work and report on variations.
• Collect and analyse project data and report on outcomes.
• Assist with office accommodation reviews and arrangements.

Qualifications & Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in BlueRock or similar project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Great time management and extremely organised to ensure tasks are up to date.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable and Flexible approach to work
• A great sense of humour (last but not least!)

What's on Offer?
You will receive a salary of $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per annum, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. They also offer a fun and supportive team environment with lots of opportunities to grow. There is 1 position available.
