Josie Matuku-Daley is a People Partner based in our New Plymouth hub. She joins People Passion after spending the last eight years at Powerco as an HR Business Partner, supporting a wide range of teams and business areas.
Josie brings a natural curiosity and empathy for people, taking the time to understand different perspectives and challenges before offering practical advice and support. She values building genuine relationships and becoming someone people feel comfortable turning to, adapting her approach to suit the person and situation.
Outside of work, Josie loves spending time with her husband and kids, enjoying good music and plenty of laughs along the way.
