Based in South Auckland and servicing customers across the wider Auckland region, EW Electrical is a growing electrical business with a team that is passionate about what they do.

With a varied workload and plenty happening, they are now looking for an experienced Qualified Electrician who is ready for more responsibility and the opportunity to take the next step in their career.
About the role
This is not a role where someone will be looking over your shoulder all day. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership and keep things moving.
Your work will be varied, covering residential and commercial maintenance, general electrical work and solar installations across Auckland. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of jobs from handover right through to completion, while working closely with the wider team.
There is also genuine scope to step up into a Team Lead role. You might already be the person others turn to on site, or perhaps you have reached the point in your current role where there is simply no more room to progress.

About you
You are a confident and capable electrician who takes pride in your trade, delivers quality work and genuinely cares about providing great service.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a New Zealand Registered Electrician with a current practising licence
Have at least 2-3 years' experience as a qualified electrician
Have experience across residential and commercial electrical work
Be confident working independently and managing your own jobs
Be self-driven, organised and able to keep yourself and others moving
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and your team
Be approachable, professional and great with people
Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Be ambitious and ready to step up and take on more responsibility
