Full time, Permanent - Monday to Thursday – 4 days a week – 10-hour day

THE ROLE
As our Welder Fabricator, you will work with a diverse range of welding techniques and materials to create precision metal products. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in as rewarding environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are valued.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working with multiple welding methods including MIG, TIG, Spot Welding, Plasma Welding, Laser Welding, and Stud Welding, you will fabricate and construct metal products across various materials such as hot rolled steel, electro galvanised steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Your day will involve reading and interpreting technical assembly drawings, performing quality checks, and ensuring every product meets exact specifications. You will also use the MIEPRO scanning system in accordance with SOP’ with minimal rejects while maintaining a safe, organised work environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who can read and interpret detailed technical instructions, consistently deliver accurate outcomes, and meet production schedules with minimal rejects and material waste. You should be comfortable working with various welding equipment, have a strong understanding of quality standards, and be prepared to step into a supervisory role when needed.
You will also have clear communication, positive attitude, proven reliability and technical experience in a similar industry with the willingness to work as a team member and go the extra mile when required.
