This role is based in the heart of Pukekohe, we are embedded in the local business community and trusted by clients across a wide range of industries to handle their most important asset well. The Role
This is not a corporate desk job. As our next People Advisor, you will be working hands-on with real businesses, solving real people challenges, and making a genuine difference every day. One day you could be headhunting a key hire for a rural agribusiness, the next supporting a client through a tricky employment matter. Variety, pace, and purpose come standard.
What You Bring
2 to 5 years in recruitment, HR, or both, whether in-house, contracting, or boutique agency side
Sharp administration skills and solid document control, built over at least 5 years
Tech savvy and efficient, you know how to use the tools that keep things moving
Adaptable communication style that works across industries, from trades to professional services
Detail focused and big picture at the same time
Solutions first mindset with a reputation for delivering outcomes people remember
Collaborative, generous with ideas, and genuinely good to work with
Energetic, honest, kind, and driven by more than just ticking boxes
